Think Rural! In the Baltic Sea Region

we would like to invite you to our conference “Think Rural! in the Baltic Sea Region” at the University of Greifswald hosted by the Alfried Krupp Institute for Advanced Study and co-funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) from 23 to 25 March 2023. The conference is based on a close collaboration between the research group “Think Rural!” and the Interdisciplinary Centre for Baltic Sea Region Research (IFZO). At the conference, international speakers will present their research on different dimensions of rural regions in the Baltic Sea Region such as healthcare, safety, churches, policy and governance, discursive representations, economic aspects, demographic change, agriculture and sustainable land use.
